In response to consumer demand, Millstream made the investment in a second production facility that includes a new building, new production equipment and new packaging materials. Today all items are tracked, logged and monitored to ensure that they maintain their gluten-free integrity.
Millstream's Gluten-Free Roti Flour Atta Mix is designed for flat breads, but without wheat. Made from a blend of rice flour, corn flour, chickpea (chana) flour, flax meal and millet (bajra) flour. Everyone can enjoy chapatis without gluten allergy concerns!
Millstream’s Gluten Free Chana Flour (also known as Besan or Gram Flour) is made from the freshest chick peas. This protein rich flour is used to make favourites like laddu, pakoras, and is a great substitute for wheat flour in baking cookies. Millstream’s whole Flax Seeds have a nutty flavour and are rich in nutrients. Flax seeds can be added to breads and muffins for a crunchy texture. These brown seeds, also called Alsi, are eaten roasted or ground to add nutty flavour to rice or vegetable dishes.
